Leaves, Peaches, Prosciutto & Parmesan with Olive Oil Jam Dressing

The simplicity of this salad makes this dish shine. It showcases a dressing made with olive oil, wine vinegar and Olive Branch olive oil jam. The result is a super tasty dish – the olive oil jam is not overly sweet but really helps bring the salad together. Best of all, it contains no salt!

Ingredients:
- Salad leaves
- Peaches, sliced
- Prosciutto
- Parmesan
- Olive Branch Olive Oil
- Wine Vinegar
- Olive Branch Olive Oil Jam (any flavour)

Cooking Instructions:
- Arrange the salad leaves, sliced peach, prosciutto and parmesan over a plate
- In a glass, mix some olive oil with wine vinegar and olive oil jam
- Drizzle the mixture over the salad
