Grilled Halloumi
Beluga lentils
Salad leaves (we used young beet leaves for pretty colour)
Sliced red onion
Kalamata pitted olives
Garlic Olive Oil
Garlic or chive flowers to garnish (or other available herbs)

While the halloumi's under the grill, simply prepare the rest of the salad (but keep an eye on that grill!), then drizzle and enjoy.
