Halve the peaches and place into a bowl or sealable food bag.
Add in the Sweet Olive, Fig & Almond jam and marsala wine or sherry, and leave to marinate for a few hours.
Transfer the peaches and marinade to an ovenproof dish, scatter over some flaked almonds and bake in the middle of the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until peaches are tender.
Serve with greek yoghurt or ice cream for extra indulgence!
