Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Place the puff pastry sheet on the parchment paper.
Cover the pastry sheet with the sweet olive, fig and almond relish leaving a border around the edge. Then, place the sliced figs on top.
Crumble the feta cheese on top of the tart.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the bottom of the tart has crisped up and has turned into a nice golden colour.
