Fig and Feta Cheese Tart

Ingredients
1 Puff Pastry Sheet, already rolled
3 Figs, thinly sliced
200 g Feta Cheese
180 g Olive Branch Sweet Olive, Fig and Almond Relish
Cooking Instructions
1Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper
2Place the puff pastry sheet on the parchment paper.
3Cover the pastry sheet with the sweet olive, fig and almond relish leaving a border around the edge. Then, place the sliced figs on top.
4Crumble the feta cheese on top of the tart.
5Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the bottom of the tart has crisped up and has turned into a nice golden colour.
