 Cooked butter beans
 Garlic Olive Oil⁠
 Bread of choice
 Chard or similar
 Purple (or green) basil.

Heat the butter beans in a pan with water, then drain out most of the liquid.

Add the chopped rinsed chard to the pan and let the remaining water steam the chard.

once steamed, if too much water still remaining drain away, then roughly mash, adding a little salt and pepper and a good glug of Garlic Olive Oil.

Spread on the toast and top with fresh basil.
