Bethany Kehdy is a Lebanese-American food author and presenter most notably known by her popular Middle Eastern food blog, Dirty Kitchen Secrets. She now lives in the West Country of England and splits her time between Lebanon, England and the rest of the world.

Her most recent work is the much anticipated cookbook ‘The Jewelled Kitchen’, a stunning collection of recipes inspired by the Middle East and North Africa. Bethany has travelled and lived around the world but this book has strong Middle Eastern roots inspired by Bethany’s heritage as she explores mezze, poultry, meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes.

Bethany launched the book at the recent Food Blogger Connect conference which took place in Battersea, London. Guests enjoyed glorious kebabs, aubergine dips and classic pastries. We are pleased to say that Olive Branch Olive Oil was used in many of the dishes – which we personally tried and can testify were sensational.

We are pleased to say that we have 3 signed copies of Bethany’s Book – and a chance for you to win your very own copy!

Simply visit our Facebook page on facebook.com/enjoyoliveoil and tell us what your favourite Mezze is and why. Bethany will personally select the 3 best answers and each of the winners will receive a copy of Bethany’s book along with an Olive Branch Mezze set. (Competition goes live on 21st August and winners will be announced on 27th August).

Finally, a few words from Bethany herself:

“I’m thrilled to be taking part in this competition and to be sharing my cookbook and recipes with you. I am also looking forward to hearing all about your mezze favourites and sharing some kitchen inspiration.”
