Fig and Feta Cheese Tart

This recipe was created by Dina from Greek Food Alchemist, she is a full-time mum and has a passion for food. The vegetarian tart is easy to make and impressive to taste!

Ingredients
 1 Puff Pastry Sheet, already rolled
 3 Figs, thinly sliced
 200 g Feta Cheese
 180 g Olive Branch Sweet Olive, Fig and Almond Relish

Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper

Place the puff pastry sheet on the parchment paper.

Cover the pastry sheet with the sweet olive, fig and almond relish leaving a border around the edge. Then, place the sliced figs on top.

Crumble the feta cheese on top of the tart.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the bottom of the tart has crisped up and has turned into a nice golden colour.
