Halloumi⁠, Beluga Lentil & Kalamata olive Salad

Quick simple lunch or light evening meal. Add bread if you want the carbs.

 Grilled Halloumi⁠
 Beluga lentils⁠
 Salad leaves (we used young beet leaves⁠ for pretty colour)
 Sliced red onion⁠
 Kalamata pitted olives
 Garlic Olive Oil⁠
 Garlic or chive flowers⁠ to garnish (or other available herbs)

While the halloumi's under the grill, simply prepare the rest of the salad (but keep an eye on that grill!), then drizzle and enjoy.
