Ingredients
 Mushrooms
 Bread
 Avocado
 Olive Oil
 Olive Branch Goats Cheese, Rosemary & Chilli Tapenade

Chop the mushrooms and heat in a pan with a good glug of olive oil. Add in a little water to steam and soften down the mushrooms if needed.

Toast the bread whilst chopping or mashing the avocado.

Layer up the toast with the mushroom, avo and a good few spoons of tapenade then prepare to be comforted!
