Such a quick and easy dish, but incredibly delicious!

 Good quality feta⁠
 Olive Branch Lemon Olive Oil⁠
 A dash of milk⁠

Break up the feta.

Add a good glug of Lemon Olive Oil.⁠

Begin blending (we used a hand blender), adding a dash of milk gradually as you go as you blend into a smooth mixture.⁠

Serve with a little more oil poured on top, with toast, bread, pitta, oatcakes, veg, corn chips or whatever you prefer.
