Celeriac, courgette, cherry tomato, pine nut slaw with our Aubergine & Basil Paste. This is a hearty winter slaw, full of flavour, dairy and gluten free!
Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over a medium heat until starting to brown.
Slice the cherry tomatoes and mix with the celeriac, courgette, tapenade and pine nuts.
Season to taste.
