Such a quick and easy dish, but incredibly delicious!

Whipped feta is SUCH a dreamy creamy dip for the summertime.
...and our cold-pressed Lemon Olive Oil takes it to a WHOLE new lemony level.⁠
We added a little milk to loosen up and allow the feta to be blended into a smooth paste. The taste and texture is almost like a (salted) savoury lemon cheesecake!⁠

Lemon Olive Oil

 Good quality feta⁠
 Olive Branch Lemon Olive Oil⁠
 A dash of milk⁠

Break up the feta.

Add a good glug of Lemon Olive Oil.⁠

Begin blending (we used a hand blender), adding a dash of milk gradually as you go as you blend into a smooth mixture.⁠

Serve with a little more oil poured on top, with toast, bread, pitta, oatcakes, veg, corn chips or whatever you prefer.
