Our Green Olive, Goats Cheese, Rosemary & Chilli Tapenade⁠⁠ has a balance of flavours and textures that are an absolute delight, with only a subtle spicy heat from the chilli to add flavour rather than overwhelm the tastebuds. Add in the deep rich mushroom umami, the creamy avocado and the crunch of the toast and you have a seriosly comforting combination .

 Mushrooms
 Bread
 Avocado
 Olive Oil
 Olive Branch Goats Cheese, Rosemary & Chilli Tapenade

Cooking instructions

Chop the mushrooms and heat in a pan with a good glug of olive oil. Add in a little water to steam and soften down the mushrooms if needed.

Toast the bread whilst chopping or mashing the avocado.

Layer up the toast with the mushroom, avo and a good few spoons of tapenade then prepare to be comforted!
